세미인사이트(이하 "사이트")는 회원가입이나 개인정보 입력을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·연락처 등 이용자를 직접 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 운영자는 미국 캘리포니아주 거주 개인입니다.

1. 수집하는 정보와 방문 통계

현재 이 사이트는 쿠키를 설정하지 않으며 방문 통계 도구를 불러오지 않습니다. 사이트를 호스팅하는 GitHub Pages(GitHub, Inc.)가 서버 운영을 위해 IP 주소 등 접속 기록을 처리할 수 있으며, 이는 GitHub의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

향후 방문 통계를 도입할 경우 쿠키를 쓰지 않는 도구(Cloudflare Web Analytics, GoatCounter)를 우선 사용하며, 이 방침을 먼저 갱신합니다. 쿠키를 사용하는 Google Analytics 4는, 사용 시 EU·영국·한국 방문자에게 사전 동의(옵트인) 절차를 제공한 뒤에만 켭니다.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: 쿠키 없이 페이지 조회수, 참조 경로, 국가, 기기·브라우저 종류 등 집계 통계.
  • GoatCounter: 쿠키 없이 페이지 조회수, 참조 경로, 브라우저·화면 크기, 국가 등 집계 통계.
  • Google Analytics 4: 쿠키(_ga 등)로 이용 행태와 대략적 지역 등 비식별 통계를 수집하며 Google(미국)에서 처리됩니다. 동의 절차 없이 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 브라우저 저장소

선택한 언어를 기억하기 위해 localStorage에 lang 값을 저장합니다. 이 값은 이용자의 기기에만 남고 서버로 전송되지 않으며 브라우저 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 외부 서비스·링크

차트 라이브러리를 포함한 모든 스크립트는 이 사이트에서 직접 제공하며, 페이지 표시 중 제3자 서버로 스크립트·글꼴을 불러오지 않습니다. 텔레그램, Substack, YouTube 등 외부 링크를 누르면 해당 서비스의 정책이 적용되며, 유입 확인용 UTM 값(utm_source 등)이 링크에 포함될 수 있습니다.

향후 광고(예: Google AdSense) 또는 제휴 링크(예: 쿠팡 파트너스, Amazon Associates)를 게재하면 해당 사업자가 쿠키 등을 사용할 수 있으며, 광고·제휴 표시와 함께 이 방침을 먼저 갱신합니다.

4. 한국 개인정보 보호법(PIPA) 관련

  • 처리 목적·항목: 서비스 이용 통계 분석(도입 시 접속 기기·브라우저·대략적 지역 등 자동 수집 정보). 현재는 해당 없음.
  • 보유·이용 기간: 통계 도구의 보관 기간을 따르며, 이용자를 식별하지 않는 집계 정보로만 활용합니다.
  • 제3자 제공·국외 이전: 통계 도구 도입 시 해당 사업자(Cloudflare, Google 등, 미국)에서 처리될 수 있으며 도입 전 본 방침에 명시합니다.
  • 정보주체의 권리: 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 쿠키는 브라우저 설정에서 거부·삭제할 수 있습니다.
  • 개인정보 보호책임자: 사이트 운영자(문의처는 아래 참조).

5. 캘리포니아 주민(CCPA/CPRA) 관련

이 사이트는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 공유(share)하지 않습니다. 캘리포니아 주민은 수집된 개인정보에 대한 열람·삭제·정정을 요청할 수 있고 권리 행사로 인한 불이익을 받지 않습니다. 브라우저의 Global Privacy Control(GPC) 신호가 있으면 이를 옵트아웃 요청으로 존중합니다(통계·광고 도구 도입 시).

이 사이트의 모든 내용은 정보 제공용이며 투자 권유·자문이 아닙니다. 특정 종목·자산의 매수/매도 신호를 제공하지 않습니다.

Privacy Policy

SemiInsight (the "Site") requires no registration or personal input and does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details. The operator is an individual residing in California, USA.

1. Information and visitor analytics

At present the Site sets no cookies and loads no analytics tools. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.), which may process connection logs such as IP addresses to run its servers under GitHub's own privacy statement.

If we add analytics in the future, we will prefer cookieless tools (Cloudflare Web Analytics, GoatCounter) and update this policy first. Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies, would only be enabled after a prior-consent (opt-in) mechanism is provided for visitors from the EU, UK and Korea.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregate statistics such as page views, referrers, country and device/browser type, without cookies.
  • GoatCounter: aggregate statistics such as page views, referrers, browser and screen size, and country, without cookies.
  • Google Analytics 4: uses cookies (such as _ga) to collect de-identified usage statistics and approximate location; processed by Google in the US. Not used without consent.

2. Browser storage

To remember your language choice we store a lang value in localStorage. It stays on your device, is not sent to a server, and can be deleted in your browser settings.

3. Third-party services and links

All scripts, including the chart library, are served from this Site itself; no third-party scripts or fonts are loaded while you view a page. If you click external links (Telegram, Substack, YouTube, etc.), those services' own policies apply, and links may carry UTM parameters (utm_source etc.) to measure referrals.

If we later show ads (e.g., Google AdSense) or affiliate links (e.g., Coupang Partners, Amazon Associates), those providers may use cookies; we will label them clearly and update this policy first.

4. Korea (PIPA)

  • Purpose / items: usage statistics (if introduced: device, browser, approximate location collected automatically). Not applicable today.
  • Retention: follows the analytics tool's retention; only aggregate, non-identifying information is used.
  • Third-party / overseas processing: if analytics are introduced they may be processed by the provider (Cloudflare, Google, etc., in the US); this policy will say so before that happens.
  • Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Cookies can be refused or deleted in your browser.
  • Privacy officer: the Site operator (see Contact).

5. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request access to, deletion of and correction of personal information we hold, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If analytics or ad tools are added, we will honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out request.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 14 (Korea) or 13 (US) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
